Tottenham to host Man City in Carabao Cup fourth round draw, while Liverpool faces Brighton in title defence battle

In the fourth round of this season, Tottenham Hotspur will be facing off against Manchester City, the Premier League rivals, in a highly anticipated rematch of the Carabao Cup final from the previous season.

Pep Guardiola's side secured a 1-0 win at Wembley - courtesy of an Aymeric Laporte header - in that clash and will be hoping to replicate this in the heavyweight meeting next month.

There are just four non-Premier League teams remaining in the competition, with Stoke City, Preston North End, Sheffield Wednesday and possibly AFC Wimbledon representing the lower tiers of English football.

The winner of Wimbledon vs Newcastle, which was rescheduled to October 1 after severe flooding damaged the pitch at Plough Lane saw the game postponed on Tuesday, will host Enzo Maresca's new look Chelsea, while Preston face the daunting task of Arsenal at Deepdale.

Manchester United face another showdown from the top flight, as they welcome Leicester City to Old Trafford.
