Boehly and Eghbali clash over the future of Chelsea at Stamford Bridge

Eghbali is in favor of remaining at the current location and increasing the stadium's seating capacity from 40,000 to 55,000, a project estimated to cost £1.5 billion.

Fellow co-owner Todd Boehly, however, wants to leave Stamford Bridge and build a new stadium at Earl's Court.

It's been suggested Boehly's plan would take over five years and is now appearing the less likely prospect.
