Barcelona wonderkid Yamal shines in France Football's Ballon d'Or special issue

The teenager has been nominated for an award, but is unlikely to be selected as a finalist. However, Yamal has also received a nomination for the prestigious Kopa Trophy, recognizing him as one of the top U21 players of the year.

And he is the headliner for France Football, who are behind the Ballon d'Or.

"I want to leave my mark on football," is the quote the magazine use from Yamal for it's front cover.

The latest edition is released on September 7.
