In a thrilling home opener, Cam Thomas led the Brooklyn Nets to a 115-102 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks with an impressive 32-point performance. Dennis Schroder also made a significant contribution with 29 points, helping new head coach Jordi Fernandez secure his first win with the team.

The Nets pulled away in the fourth quarter after opening with two road losses in their first season under Fernandez, a native of Badalona, Spain.
